1. Description of Service
Project Marubozu is a SaaS platform for journaling, analysis, and tracking of trading activities. The Service does not provide financial advice, trading signals, investment recommendations, nor does it execute market transactions.
2. Data Sources and Accuracy
The Service aggregates financial data and asset prices from various third-party providers and public APIs, including but not limited to: cryptocurrency exchanges, ExchangeRate-API, Metal Sentinel, Tiingo, FRED, and EIA. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information:
- Project Marubozu does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data provided by third-party sources.
- Data may be delayed or subject to technical errors beyond our control.
- The platform is intended for tracking and journaling purposes only and should not be used as a primary source for real-time market execution.
3. No Financial Advice
All content and data visualizations:
- are provided for educational and self-analytical purposes;
- rely on data provided by users or third-party APIs.
Any trading decision is the sole responsibility of the user.
4. User Accounts
The user is responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials;
- all activities performed through their account.
Sharing accounts with third parties is strictly prohibited.
5. Subscription and Payments
Payments are processed via Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you agree to their terms. Available Plans:
- Core Plan: €14.00/month or €134.00/year.
- Pro Plan: €24.00/month or €230.00/year.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. Pricing may be updated with prior notice.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, software, design, and original content are the exclusive property of Project Marubozu. Reproduction or unauthorized use of our proprietary systems is strictly prohibited.
7. User Content
The user retains full ownership of their written journals. By using the service, you grant Project Marubozu a license to host and store this data in our secure database to provide the service. User content (text, screenshots, etc.) is not pre-screened or verified by us.
8. Limitation of Liability
Project Marubozu is provided "as-is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:
- Financial losses or lost profits resulting from trading activities.
- Inaccuracies, errors, or delays in data retrieved from third-party APIs (Exchanges, Tiingo, FRED, etc.).
- Temporary service interruptions or data loss.
9. Data Privacy
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we manage your data in compliance with GDPR.
10. Account Termination
Users may delete their account at any time. Upon termination, all associated data will be permanently deleted from our databases and cannot be recovered.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Italian / European law.
